Information you give us: your name, email address and phone number, your child’s name and grade, and any details you share about your child’s learning, for example when you book a call, fill out a form or contact us.
Assessment and progress information: diagnostic results, quiz scores and progress notes for enrolled students.
Website and advertising data: like most websites, we use tools such as Wix analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure our ads. These may use cookies and collect information like the pages you visit and the device you use.

Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Wix), scheduling (Calendly), video classes (Zoom) and advertising platforms (Meta), and academic whiteboard (Miro). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Children’s privacy
Our services are for students, but we collect personal information from parents or guardians, not directly from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information without a parent’s consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing criticaltutoring@gmail.com.
